On Wednesday, the Mutua Madrid Open made tickets available for the 20th anniversary edition of the tournament, which takes place from 26 April to 8 May 2022 in the Caja Mágica.
Starting at a price of 7 euros, the Mutua Madrid Open has launched tickets, passes (seven different types) and Premium Seats, which provide access to the exclusive space that combines leisure, sport and networking. New for the 2022 Mutua Madrid Open, tickets are also on sale for every day of the competition in the Arantxa Sánchez Vicario Stadium, which has witnessed some of the tournament’s most memorable matches.
In 2021, the Mutua Madrid Open became the first event in the whole of Europe to return with large crowds (40% total capacity) throughout the 13 days of the event, ending with victories from Alexander Zverev and Aryna Sabalenka, the perfect conclusion to the return of first-class tennis to the Spanish capital.
Established in 2002 in the city of Madrid, the Mutua Madrid Open has been staged in the Caja Mágica since 2009 as part of the European clay swing as the only combined Masters 1000 and Premier Mandatory event in Europe. The tournament boasts an illustrious list of winners that includes Roger Federer, Serena Williams, Rafael Nadal, Simona Halep, Novak Djokovic and Petra Kvitova, among many others.
