Welcome to Caja Mágica for the eighth annual Mutua Madrid Open, a Premier Mandatory tournament on the WTA and a prestigious event on the Road to Singapore, which culminates with our season-ending WTA Finals in October.

Throughout 2016, the top female tennis players from nearly 100 countries will compete at the WTA’s 57 tournaments and four Grand Slam events. These women represent the world’s elite female athletes that continue to live the legacy left by Billie Jean King and those who stood with her when they began this journey 43 years ago.

Since 1973, the WTA has strived for success to deliver a premium product for fans -fans that cheer from their seats courtside and those following on television and online. As WTA fans, you bring energy and passion to the game throughout the year and our players rely on your support at our tournaments and through social media.
