This Friday, the Mutua Madrid Open will be premiering one of its biggest innovations at the tournament’s 20th anniversary; a Twitch channel where fans can enjoy great daily content, opening up a new means of reaching the fans, while maintaining the innovative character that has always defined the combined ATP Masters 1000 and WTA 1000 event.
Presented by Antonio Arenas and Agos Larocca, the channel will include appearances from Fran Guillén, Edu Salán, Dani Meroño and Jara Gómez and will combine news from each day’s play with player interviews, match commentary and all things Virtual Mutua Madrid Open, the eSports competition organised by the Mutua Madrid Open with a purse of 10,000 euros.
Broadcasts on the Twitch channel will start on Friday 29 April at 11:30 in the morning from the spectacular set on Level 0 of the Caja Mágica and will continue until the morning of Sunday 8 May, with an average of 6 hours of content every day.
